It was a while ago but still very upsetting. The guy I was communicating with, while dealing with this company, via email made some threats to basically rob me, simply because I asked for clarification. I think he was just very immature, but my goodness that kind of behaviour could land the company in some serious legal trouble. I severed ties asap after that, but it wouldn't surprise me if some people in my position would pursue a more official remedy in that scenario.
What was clear, however, is that they're not great to deal with, can absolutely just snap out of the blue, and will take advantage. That speaks a lot to their ethics and values and may be a pattern that results from their internal culture.

Join up with this company over a year ago, was told about 4 payments over 12 month, was told nothink about the small print, only to find that sneakily that it automatically roll it over with no communication from them, Do your homework as you can get cheaper prices and better services for far less.
