Only one recording session is entitled per project. Client to review studio instructions prior to script approval to ensure the voice talent instructions for recording is accurate and in line with their expectations and requirements.
All scripts require client’s final approval before recording can commence. Changes after final approval will incur additional cost/s.
Turnaround times are 1 business day for scripting and formatting, and 2-3 business days for recording and delivery.
Final audio is provided in WAV format unless otherwise specified by the client.
The client agrees not to copy, reproduce, broadcast, publish, or otherwise communicate said audio productions except as expressly provided.
We use your personal information to provide services you require and to promote and market our other services which we consider may be of interest to you in accordance with our privacy policy.
All Messages On Hold recordings for the client are covered by a 7-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee limited to the following:
1. The voice talent incorrectly pronounced, emphasised or missed a word/s
2. Volume of the production requires adjustment
3. Editing issues i.e., the end or beginning of a sentence is clipped
4. Incorrect spacing of words within a phrase
5. The production script varies from the 'approved to record' script
6. Music track used in final production varies from approved music track
Messages On Hold Australia Pty Ltd shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or losses of any nature whatsoever by reason of any failure of any replay equipment or content of any audio production.
Messages On Hold Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to collect any duties or taxes, including GST, applicable in the country of broadcast. The amount collected will be determined in accordance with current legislation.
